r-develops is a design firm established in New York City in 2025 and it is founded by Randy Armas, Principal, who has extensive knowledge in custom high-end design, design management and construction administration in residential, cultural and hospitality projects.
Randy Armas has led projects in New York City, East Hampton, Upstate New York, Philadelphia, Tokyo, Berlin, and Miami. Most recently, and prior to founding r-develops, Armas led Solomonoff Architecture Studio (SAS) as Studio Director and Director of Design.
Randy Armas graduated from Columbia University School of Architecture (GSAPP) in 2018. r-develops currently operates between Miami and New York.
